Another nice crisp night, but not too cold. We just did the usual around one of the favorites. So many people out walking and running. Great to see, but now no more solitary runs in the moonlight I think. Much as I am glad the cold weather is gone it felt good to have been crunching through that fresh snow, knowing that there was no-one else mad enough out there to be doing the same thing. Last day of work today and tomorrow we drive the 14 hour trip to Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. We will stop on the way in the Smoky Mountains (just into North Carolina from Tennessee and stay the night in a little mountain cabin. I am looking forward to running in some different locations.
