Finished work at 17:15 but I had promised myself a 6 miler. Colleague also keen to run, so off we went along the track around the lake. Really beautiful up here - I envy you Scottish lads!!! Hilly old route but we did a 6 miler out & back.
Cough still darn annoying, especially when heave ho-ing up the hills. Puff pant!!!
