Charles: Day 126/365 - 18 weeks in and still going strong

Another 10k today that was a reverse loop of yesterday's run. Totally knackered with dead heavy legs but thats me now completed a full 18 weeks of this challenge. I'm getting stronger and back to fitness, but need to lose the extra weight that I've put on lately. Any suggestions or ideas?
