Not a great deal to report from today's run as it was more about logistics or the lack of it, that overtook everything today. What should have happened was an early run before work, however the body said no! So the next available slot was lunchtime as I had a prearranged evening appointment and then a bit or work to finish off before bed.
I am looking forward to a better planned day tomorrow! I have no one else to blame apart from myself.
