Angie - Day 256 - 2.5 miles

Lunchtime run. Need to stop worrying about trying to achieve 1000 miles by the end of the challenge and just trying to complete it. Due to low mileage in the Winter I'm trying to do 3 miles a day to get to the 1000 but I'm at risk of injury as starting to feel a few niggles. So what do I do, book badminton for tomorrow! :-)

    The challenge is to complete your minimum distance each day for 365 days and not to achieve a set distance by the end of the year. Your doing fantastic!!!
