Another shortish morning run as off at 10 to see Scott and family and then lunch with my best friend Glenys. Got a fuddle at work from 11.30 tomorrow so will be another early morning minimum run. Don't feel as if I'm doing as much as I should but it's difficult this time of the year fitting it all in :-)
