Ventured back to the running club again. Was a little nervous as just before I set off I read that on the first Tuesday of each month they do an off road run with head torches. Whilst that would not usually phase me I was concerned about running in the dark and some how hurting myself by a trip etc. I'm so close to the end now...Luckily when I arrived Helen H and Alex were there so we had our own Ladies road run. Same route as last week, we didn't really stop so were all a little disappointed with the time it took but it was hilly so still okay.
