Well have a lovely day planned. Hopefully either going to Almondbury church for mince pies and craft stalls or Honley to the local market. Also off into Leeds tonight to meet 2 friends of Steve and eat at Jamie Oliver's Italian restaurant. So it was with a happy heart I stepped out. Run felt okay but definitely feeling more tired. BUT still on for 1000 miles.... :-)
