Have to get just a quick 3 miles in at lunch today, so I have some time to recover for the 18 mile Blackdown Beauty tomorrow. So yet again had a run in the rain, when will it end ?(it did after I finished running, sun came out, sun only shines on the righteous, must be something in that then.)

Well here we go again, having got drenched taking the dogs out may as well get even wetter having a run. Not disappointed – got extremely wet! But completed another day and another 4 miles.

Club night and a run with the young ones ! Doing four miles with them is like running a marathon, well I feel as tired afterwards anyway. At least the rain held off.

Got home, took the dogs out and then went for a run, tried a new route to find another 3 miler. Not bad, that’s three different routes now around home, so won’t get too bored !.
