Karl: Day 83-104/365

Another 22 days in the bag and day 100 came and went. All going well so far and after a lengthy time running on a dodgy knee that seems to have finally sorted itself out and I can start to do some longer distance runs again.

Morning run with Michael Novicki followed by the club session in the evening which was in torrrential rain and we had to divert due to flooding along the Water of Leith.
