241/365 A lovely 5K before work by Big Kev
With a busy day on the cards today and only just enough time now to get the blog out before my evening appointment, a morning run was the only option.
I kept the route simple, from home its downhill to Ham Green and the Penny Brohn centre and then about turn and then back up hill to home. The weather was perfect and I could have gone a lot quicker, but I used the time constructively to plan my work day and what I wanted to achieve.
So now to get this posted and then off out to work.
