239/365 An evenings run with the sun about to set. 5K by Big Kev
Going to keep it sort and sweet tonight. The weather, location and music on the run tonight were a perfect accompaniment to the 5K distance. I was looking for an easier run today as the legs felt a little heavy and I am ultimately in charge of how fast and far I go, so easy was in order.
Club night tomorrow, so another nice run is in order. I do have the Towpath race in my sights on Friday night, therefore it might be an easy run on Thursday as well.
