Missed club run this morning, a very late return from Surrey and horrendous driving conditions meant I was very tired and slept in !! Not often I do that these days, so went for a mid afternoon 7.5 mile road run around Long Sutton and Pitney, pleasant in the sun, Bleeding cold out of it. Winters on it's way, wonder how the enthusiasm will hold up when it's cold, wet, windy and miserable? Soon find out me thinks.
