Karen day 6/365

Opportunity for a nice daytime run today. A beautiful sunny morning so I couldn't help but break my own rule of minimum distance only for the first week! Tried to keep a slightly more challenging pace over the whole distance, and finished off with a 30 min kettle bell workout after the run. Ready for lunch!!
