Day 2 of our regional meeting at Heathrow today. Due to finish at 4:30 so I had planned to whizz back to Somerset to take part in the Street 5k winter series. My boss did has usual trick & ran way over so I didnt actually leave til 5:30. Sped back but would have missed the start of the race. Gutted. Although, with Robbo's issues at the race, maybe it was a good thing! My nursing skills are not what they used to be.
Got home so had to pop out & do my own wee run - legs still a little stiff from Sundays half mara.

Nice evening run with Alf. Pushed the second half to give Alf a stretch. Enjoyed it.

Ran early this morning but after running last night, amazing how the legs feel it! Sluggish & tough this morning. Going to take it easy for the next week as I want to do the Exmoor Stagger next week.
