Arrived in France at 06:30 via the train (nightmare journey). Managed to get a few hours skiing in. Sussed out the village for running but virtually a no go! Roads have no pavements - ski buses rushing around the narrow streets which are covered in ice. Had to resort to a 2mile stroll with chunky boots on to keep upright! Am going to have to amalgamate strolls with skiing somehow to ensure I get my daily 2m in! Above is my 2miler with Alf sussing the area/town for suitable runs! Hmm.

First full day skiing/walking - all mixed up together but yup, the minimum is in there! Darn cold & snowing hard! -11 degrees. Sure I have frost bite on my fingers, toes & nose! :)
