A hot weekend for my marathon I think !!!
Today I just ran slowly back from the local school just to do a different mile.
I have had thoughs about my icd as in it wont be till after xmas i hope and i can manage a slow run as long as i dont move my left arm too much. So now its the waiting game Yay !!
