Popped out to do a slow 2m & by gosh was it slow!!! My legs felt like I had 10kg weights tied to them. Very heavy & sluggish. Really did struggle with this minimum run. Wonder if the old bones are complaining about the fact it is nearly day 290 and the fact I have a multi day ultra in 4 wks time?! Oh well - tough!!!
