DAYS 39 - 44 Pjrun - Catch up Olympics over ! What will I do now !
Day 44 - Lunchtime work run
Lunchtime run between the showers, no one about today to join me, just the standard 3 miles.

Day 43 - Sunday club run - Not what it seems!
Not what it seems ! well the run lists it as 4.88 miles, it was actually 12 miles but as far as the Garmin app on the phone is concerned I ran accross a couple of fields from Drayton and am still not home yet !! Was meant to be a club run of about 10 ish for Laura (she knows my miles are measured Somerset miles!) so we did 12 (who's counting) we all got back safely and in time for the marathon. Mind you we picked up a dog at Oathe and it came all the way to Langport, it was given a car ride home! Lovely run, well I enjoyed it anyway.

Day 42 - Early Saturday run
Off out today so needed to go early but did not get up so all in a rush just the three miles odd, but yet again I have proved to myself that if you get straight out of bed, into running gear and set off you will NOT enjoy it. I need a cup of tea at least, before I go anywhere, even in the car.

Day 41 - Friday lunchtime other way round - it's a nice run at work, couple of inclines but so different if you run it the opposite way, not sure which is best, but, nice to vary the run !

Day - 40 - Lunchtime run in the sun ! Just the standard 3miles today, very hot and sticky which made sitting at my desk very uncomfortable until I was back to normal (not that I have ever been normal)

Day - 39 - Wednesday 8th August Club Run
Went to start off selected the garmin app on the phone and lost it!! (new fangled instruments - who'd have em) So had to use the MapMyRun app during the 4.5 mile run with the young uns, well only one of them tonight, she was not up to running fast tonight so a bit of respite !

Hello Pete - how do you put multiple runs on one blog entry? Any help would be great as I can really only upload runs once a week.

Deletewhen you add your run to the blog, leave it open ie don't publish it. Then select your next run from garmin connect to share on the blog, copy the link for that run and then paste it onto the page you have not published. Do this for every run adding a comment to each. When finished publish it. Hope you can follow this if not give me a cal o1458251486 or 01823652513 at work.
