Running club was supposed to be doing the monthly medal 10k time trial tonight but we didn't for some reason. So myself sue and Nicky decided to hit the course to see if we could improve on Sundays performance. The coarse was wet as we had tonnes of rain in the last few days. Any way I didn't PB it but had a good run
