I'm officially exhausted by work! Working as a EFL manager/teacher is great except in the summer which our busiest time of year. I've been flat out since June and can't wait for it to be over. I've been running on empty for a few weeks now which is why I've only been doing my minimum mileage. Would like to up it but don't have the energy at the moment. Today I felt nauseous all afternoon and walked home feeling like I was going to be sick. As soon as I got home I was which is unusual for me as I'm never sick. But, I still did my run! Under normal circumstances I wouldn't have dreamt of running after being sick - but I had no choice. I took a plastic bag with me just in case - but I was fine and went straight to bed afterwards. Feel better today (next morning).

Take it easy Sally! You have set a minimum for a reason so dont feel pushed into upping it! You do more if you want to & if you can! Hang in there. You are over a month in! I am only on day 3 (I think :0 )
