Just my nice down hill run home from the lunch shift. On the way home i was thinking how nice it would be not to work weekends so i could do all the races and runs when ever, without having to keep booking weekends from work and using my holiday time up .. well i can dream. Moan over.
20 miles tomorrow and dont worry im not setting and records on this, just going out for the distance at 6 am !!
