I have now made it 1/2 way through the challenge!! I am so pleased at making it this far. Feeling great, and happy to admit to being a bit of a loser; I ran on my most frequently used 2 mile route at a pace 2 mins less per mile than the first time I ran it in November last year. I have also lost 5 kg over the challenge and also lost my "fear" of running in some pretty adverse conditions! All downhill from here!!
