Is there such a thing as a recovery run?
If today was to be an easy run to recover from yesterdays efforts of doing 10 miles then I felt worse. I was knackered and sweating buckets. I also had a physio appointment this morning to work on my tight ITB muscles so my legs were dead and I had no spring in my step. Strange thing is that I felt really good afterwards, except for a big blister that's appeared on my instep. I think I'll be sticking to the minimum 5k for the next couple of weeks until I get the Edinburgh Marathon Festival 10k & Half Marathon out the way :)
