A slow and take it easy 10k from the house to the hospital. I had some clothes to take with me so I used my OMM hydration pack to carry it. It's amazing how much carrying the extra weight of water and clean clothes makes to sapping the energy from you on running a couple of long hills. Tough going as that's 40ish miles I've ran since Saturday but I really enjoyed it.
