At my dads in Fife for the weekend so did my usual 5k route on both days. It's funny how the garmin shows different distances and elevations when both runs are exactly the same stride for stride. The run on Saturday was in some warm(ish) sunshine and the run today was in freezing cold gale force winds and driving rain. I felt knackered both days and feel like I've got a chest and head cold coming on. I can't wait for the summer to arrive, or at least the time when I won't need my running jackets :)
