Another whizz around my little 2m Upton Loop. Legs still feel very tired & I am even struggling up the very small incline. Hoping that this is just post holiday fatigue! Getting a little concerned as I have a rather large little race to contend with in less than a fortnight. Think I may blow out half way through although I hope not!! Think I will lay off the alcohol, up the pasta, go to bed earlier, work less & generally try & get the old bones a little more into this serious "you have an event" mode.
