I was feeling rather sore after a trip to the physio in this morning. I was given some 'Chinese Cup' therapy on the ITB muscles on both legs. I've been in pain before but that was torture as it gives a deep massage and my ITBs are rather tight and full of knots.
The lunchtime run was very sluggish, heavy legged and quite tiring. The time for this route was about 3 minutes slower than normal but I think I was also dehydrated. I was totally knackered and it was straight to bed after I got home from visiting my brother in hospital.
