I managed to get the grass cut tonight for the first time since March 25th. Let's just say it was needing a wee trim. The cuttings filled half the large brown garden waste wheelie bin!
I used the grass cutting foray as a warm up before running to meet the wife so I could get a lift home. I'm sure the pre-run exercise was a good way of stretching the tired and stiff muscles.
