121/365 GWR summer 8 miles in the sunshine by Big Kev

121/365 GWR summer 8 miles in the sunshine by Big Kev

We are very lucky to have such a wonderful route to use for our club runs at Great Western Runners. We are able to take in Durdham Down, Clifton Observatory, The Bristol Suspension bridge and Ashton court all in glorious daylight and finally today warm enough for just the bare minimum running apparel.

The company was excellent (as always) and therefore there is no need to worry about the pace as the conversations and banter are far more important. This week we had big announcements (she know's who), new PB's (Marcus 19:00), some fund raising suggestions (run slower Kev, so they can see the text donate number, thanks Dave) and of course the amazing views. We even had time while streching to learn how not to do squats (thanks Paul).

Let the miles keep ticking over, especially if they are as enjoyable as this.
