Three runs to catch up on, had a decorating weekend so Saturday was a quick afternoon romp around Bowdens and back, Sunday was a nice very flat 9 miles along the river and back, caught the only nice weather of the day and today was back to the standard lunchtime run. However I still like the lunchtime run it breaks the day up nicely and I never tire of the route.
