124/365 That's better! by Big Kev
After a great evening out with Jess last night to see Iron Man 3, a good sleep and a lazy morning, meant that todays lunchtime run was lovely. It was especially nice to be out in the warm sunshine, with the added bonus of last night rain making the trails just a little softer. The route itself is downhill for the first half with a sharper climb in the middle that makes you breathe hard enough to know your working hard, but not to hard to make it a pain. You know that pain in the left arm, kind of pain.
Before I know it the 5K is done and I am back at home. I am liking this slower pace.
Good luck to everyone running the Bristol 10K tomorrow, I will be there supporting you on. I intend on running down to a point around Princess Street Bridge and then a return run home after all the cheering. I hope the conditions are kind and you all achieve your goals.
