A few days to catch up on, three standard lunchtime runs and a lovely weekend. Went out on Sunday to the nurseries at Drayton got Sue to cycle and I ran, once there had a look at and bought some plants and had a cuppa then ran back, weather was glorious. Sunday went for a run along the river then inland from there and up through the woods above Long Sutton to Pitney and home, again it was a perfect morning for running and really enjoyed it, so glad I do this running lark it really sets you up for a lovely day, especially if you have shopping to look forward to!!.
