Alittle bit weird, its almost like having your first day at school all over again hahaha. Can I remember my first day, unfortunately not. But I will remember this. I decided today was the day, I use my short run today to recce my possible routes for my running group. Nice couple of hills up my sleeve for the,. Slow and subtle they wont even realise - mwhahahaha! I must be tired to tonight as I detract. This must be the madhouse part?
I ran a route through Dudhope Park and round the area, great morning for it, the thing I love the most about getting out is hearing the wildlife as cheesy as that may sound. I dont tend to enjoy running around town and the roads but a different route always gets my vote.
Relatively easy route but want to take it easy as I am doing the Loch Leven half marathon on Saturday. Need to look after that nerve, the aim is to use the daily runs to help me focus on keeping up my stretches, which have fallen by the way side. I need to get a few more races in as my whole longterm goal outlook has had to change! I had started to use photos from each run to help me get motivated. I will share them, or the best at least!
