Today's run was all about supporting some of the friends who have supported me through this challenge to date. This morning saw 11,000 runners flood the streets of Bristol for the annual 10K. I had already decided not to run the race as I have two races already booked in for May. So I really enjoyed cheering on the masses and watching all those people achieve there own personal goals. The weather was kind so I also doubled back along the towpath on the otherside of the river for a few photo's.
