Here we go again another few days running exploits, mostly near minimum distance except Sundays club run.
Decided to check out the back half of the marathon route. It was hot and not easy going in places with a bit of strimming and hedge cutting work to be done before September.
Now for all you seasoned runners here is a good multi-terrain half or full non expensive race to run see profile below or look at http://www.langportrunners.co.uk/slamm . They are on short sharp hills, but the one at 25 and 12 miles is a killer. Starts from a caravan/camping site with fantastic views over the levels and a great place to relax (with bar) post gentle run !!!

Saturdays run was going to be longer but cut short by police blocking my way, it was a case of back the way you came. However they let me go along the river, kind hearted souls, don't know what was wrong.
