This morning's run was lovely. Set off around 9am and it was warm but not too warm, sunny but not too sunny and windy but not too windy :) In other words, perfect running weather. Did 7 miles to see if my legs were up to longer runs after Ed. They were and it felt very comfortable. Feel much stronger and fitter after Ed and looking forward to building on that fitness and doing more races over the summer. Good this running lark. :)

With a good moving average of under 6 min per k that will give you a 5k time under 30 min. Do you have a local 5k race you can check it out on?
