Three runs to catch up on two standard lunchtime runs, no Tony now he has gone to pastures new, but he has kept me company along the way. Last night was club run and Sam one of the juniors came for a run, so we did a 3.3 miler out and back flat run, he runs so well I only wish he knew how good he could be.
