173/365 Parkrun and another PB, where will it stop by Big Kev
Todays run was not a planned race for a PB, it just somehow happened. I continue to surprise myself that as I get further and further into this challenge the PB's just keep on coming. I have said this before, but it is worth repeating Ashton Court Parkrun is no normal 5K! For the uninitiated it's a little uphill and then a nice jog down hill to the finish and for those that know better, be quiet.
Today was also about final goodbyes, but not forgetting. We laid to rest Big Dave in the nicest way, with the nicest people and in glorious sunshine. It's as if the conditions had been aligned to the timings as agreed.
Stories continued to be shared back at his home and lunch enjoyed on his bench in the garden, all in all a great day. Just one more reason to keep on going!
