My runs in Portugal were all on different terrains - track, trail, beach, hills or costal path. Simply the best holiday ever. We ran twice a day. The hard session was in the morning and then a recovery run in the afternoon. I tried to record all the runs, but sometimes only one of them so I did run more than it says. It was quite warm so in between we could have lunch by the pool and chill out before the next run. The food was great too, cooked by the coaches so really healthy and lots of it. I was in heaven.
