102/365 Hard work to get home by Big Kev
At the end of a very emotional week, I thought that a simple run home from Bedminster along the towpath by the River Avon would be a fitting finish to the week. However the legs and the rest of the body just didn't want to work, no matter what I had to say on the topic. Admittedly I hadn't hydrated properly through the day, but I was only looking at 4 miles after all. Well, what ever it was that was causing it, I did not enjoy a single step today and ended up in bits when I eventually got home.
I will chalk this one up to just a bad day and I hope tomorrow's run puts it all back into perspective.
