Away in Spain with work for 3 days. Eco hotel about 30 mins out of Barcelona with lots of trails. Conference didnt start til lunch time so I had time to go out in the morning & do 4m. Really lovely trail run - got slightly lost but that was fine.

Up and out with one of my managers at 6:30am for a 3m ish run before conference starts at 08:30. Unfortunatly we got slightly lost in the woods. Asked several spaniards for directions back to the hotel but none seemed to know where we meant. Couldnt find a taxi, we didnt have a phone or any money on us anyway. Eventually found a local walker/rambler who knew where we were. So what should have been 3ish miles turned into 8m. You can clearly see from the garmin connect map where we went wrong. Got back to hotel with 20mins to spare! Eeek.

Garmin battery flat as a pancake so had to manually create todays run. Again it was at 6:30am & is the route that I should have taken yesterday. Chilly old morning but a good start to the day!
oops! Well, at least it's a good training run for Ed. :)
