Planned 15m run with Sue from running club as part of our Edinburgh training. Sue was keen to keep the pace at around 8:56 minute miling. I wasnt sure I would be able to cope with this only 2 weeks after Brighton Marathon. Felt pretty good though. Few hills en route which was fine. I was over dressed so was drenched in sweat when we got back. Completed in 2:12 so well within Sues target. Very tired now but hopefully I will get another sub 4 in Edinburgh in 4 wks time.
