Charles: Day 109/365 - Confession Time
Shock, horror! I have a confession to make......I did a 5 mile run in warm sunshine and it was the first time this year that I've managed to get out on a training run without a jacket. I could get used to it but sadly I think that's it for this year. Back to waterproofs tomorrow :)
