Oh dear - a bit behind my blogging. In my defence, I have been busy. I've been on holiday to Portugal on a running holiday which was fantastic. Embrace Sports if you're interested. I feel my running has really benefitted from some good solid sessions, running with people of all levels and abilities in the sunshine. Brilliant. Then I've been on a Lindy hop course which uses different muscles but is really good for cardio so hoping that will benefit my running too. Now I've got to focus on running in prep. for Edinburgh. I'm all set and ready to get those long runs in. Firstly though, here's a catch up on a few minimum runs, my holiday runs and then a few post holiday.
