114/365 Summer 10 with GWR by Big Kev
The nights are now light enough for us to get around our summer 10 route before dark, so tonight's run was an absolute pleasure. I had set myself the task of taking it easy and for a change I achieved this! Therefore there was plenty of energy left to chat in the bar before heading off home.
I was only able to catch up with a few London Marathon club runners, however their accounts of the day were, as ever, inspiring. Well done to all of you that finished in just about one piece.
I have a bit of juggling act coming up tomorrow, so let see when I finally get the run fitted in!
