Another few days of running to and from school. This is a great way of getting my weekly mileage up and is saving me a fair bit of cash! I am really enjoying it but I think I will have to cut back next week and substitute a couple of these runs for some speed work / hill sessions.
The sole of my left foot is getting to be quite sore also. I think it may be the impact of running with the weight on my back which has been causing it and so will be keeping an eye on things over the next week. I have ordered some new trainers and hopefully these will help also!
