Went on my lunchtime run, no Tony today too wet, so went the other way round in case the road was not passable. Anyway came accross over six flooded areas which I had to run through a couple were half way up my shins ! and boy did it rain. Still enjoyed it immensly.

Wednesday evening it's club night, ean at lunchtime so I could give the youngsters some sprintwork and hills, only problem was none turned up ! So went on a slow 6.3 miler. Nice run with good company.
