Buzz' 12th birthday today. Treadmill run-missed the stroke of midnight by a few seconds. Hope that it is OK to still count this as a Saturday run even though it went in to Garmin as 12:00am Sunday.

Lovely run around Smokey Ridge and Haagan Burke trails. All of a sudden it has popped with Autumn colours. Buzz had soccer final today and it was super windy. They lost 2-4, but it was a very good game. Still feel like crap.
