Regional meeting near Heathrow for 2 day. Popped out for my usual venue 3.5miler but the underpass we usually use was knee deep in water. This extened the run to 4.8m which was fine. Ran with a colleague who enjoys our little running soirees when we get together.
Scenary awful, pavements full of litter & dog poo. Paths alongside the roads are chocca with cars. Always good to get back to rural Somerset!
